• Why do some records on the national mailing list seem outdated?

  We receive a complete update of our national mailing list from our list provider every six weeks. Unfortunately, consumers will at times fail to update information sources who report to list compilers when there are life changes such as people being deceased, divorced or a move. Our list provider uses multiple data resources for address verification. For example: voter registration, vehicle registration, product registration, credit card reporting, tax records, surveys and many more. As consumerPopular

• Can I personalize direct mail postcards with the names of people to which I'm mailing?

  Yes. Our Personal Impact postcard designs automatically add the names of individual recipients on each card in your mailing. Our system will use names included on mailing lists selected for your order. Your personal lists or QuantumDigital's database of mailing addresses may be used for this type of order. • Why do some mailings get delivered with smudges/smears on them?

  On occasion, mail pieces may arrive with some extraneous wear and tear due to the automated postal sorting equipment used by the USPS. Extraneous wear may appear as scuffing, black marks, print degradation, etc. This issue impacts a small percentage of mail pieces and is an issue among other mailers in the industry as well. • Can I use my own list?

  Yes. If you have your own mailing list, you can upload it to our website with the PersonaLISTSM option and maintain it online for free. The PersonaLIST option allows you to upload a spreadsheet of names and addresses stored on your computer for mailing. Your spreadsheet must be in one of these accepted formats: .XLS, .DBF, or .CSV.   The "Do Not Mail List" feature lets you block certain addresses from your mailings. Just enter the address or addresses you wish to block, and they'll be automatically excluded from your future mailings. • Can I use my photo and company logo on my mailings?

  Yes. Our templates allow you to upload graphics such as digital photos and logos into the design. Files should meet the following specifications: High-quality JPEG format At least 300dpi resolution If using a digital camera, select the highest quality setting Do not scan photos from business cards, magazines, newspapers, color laser prints or inkjet prints. They usually contain dot patterns that conflict with our printing system. Please scan from the original photo whenever possible.Few readers

• How often is your national mailing list updated?

• What postage is used for my mailings?

  You have a choice of First-Class Presort or Marketing Mail. Typical delivery time by the U.S. Postal Service on average for First-Class Presort is 5 to 8 business days and 8 to 14 business days for Marketing Mail. • What paper stock is used for the mailings?

  All mailings are printed on our premium 80 lb gloss cover stock with the option to upgrade to heavier cardstock. UV coating is available to add a protective high-gloss finish.Few readers

• Does QuantumDigital and its list partners scrub the telephone numbers on my follow-up report against the National Do Not Call Registry?

  Yes. This process is completed every 90 days as required by the Do Not Call guidelines. However, before purchasing a follow-up report and making calls, you are strongly encouraged to register with the Do Not Call Registry for the purpose of personally verifying list compliance. • Can I receive a copy of my mailing when I place an order?

  Yes. You can request a confirmation card online when you place your original order. A confirmation card is an additional piece mailed to you at the same cost as others within your mailing. Based on customer feedback, a copy of your marketing piece can be sent in the actual mailing. This means you will receive your marketing piece when everyone else on your list receives it. • Can I receive a list of the residents that received my mailing?

  Yes. You can request a follow-up report online when you place your original order. Prices are $5 for the first 100 resident names and 2¢ for each resident over 100.
