We recommend that all important elements inside your document be kept 3/8" away from the physical edge of the page. This guarantees that no element is removed during the cropping process.</p> <p>For no bleed prints, our machines leave a uniform 1/4" white border along all sides of your document. This means that the documents you upload should be 1/2" smaller in both height and width than the intended paper size. All files must be 300 DPI in resolution, to the specified sizes below, and in PDF (preferred), JPG or PNG format. Any design not uploaded to the correct specifications will be automatically resized to fit the card. If you choose to do this, some parts of your design may appear proportionally distorted, reduced, pixilated or trimmed inappropriately.

Using Digital Photos

If using a digital camera, select the highest quality setting available on the camera. Do not scan photos from business cards, magazines, newspapers, color laser prints or inkjet prints — they usually contain dot patterns that conflict with our printing system. Please scan from the original, professionally-developed photographic print whenever possible.

Why do some records on the national mailing list seem outdated?

We receive a complete update of our national mailing list from our list provider every six weeks. Unfortunately, consumers will at times fail to update information sources who report to list compilers when there are life changes such as people being deceased, divorced or a move. Our list provider uses multiple data resources for address verification. For example: voter registration, vehicle registration, product registration, credit card reporting, tax records, surveys and many more. As consumers update these sources the information will be updated on our next database download, but we do not have the ability to manually change the information.

What Area is targeted for my Social Ad?

Ads are targeted to a narrow geographical radius around the property, typically about 1 to 3 miles, depending on the density of the population in the area.

If more people are living in an area, the tighter the targeting radius. Conversely, if the population around the property is more spread out, the wider the targeting radius so that we can ensure a minimum number of people we can show the advertisement to.
