Sync a MoxiWorks contact group to the QuantumDigital platform
Once a Contact Group from MoxiWorks is synced to QuantumDigital, this group will automatically update itself on the 14th of every month to match what is in MoxiWorks.
Why the 14th? We chose the 14th so that if any MoxiWorks group is being used in an AutoMail campaign, the list will be updated ahead of the processing time for the campaign(s) which take place between the 17th - 20th of every month. This means you’ll never have to worry about a contact group being out of date if you manage them in MoxiWorks!
Begin building an AutoMail campaign from within MoxiWorks
Start the process of creating a new AutoMail campaign from within MoxiWorks’ ‘Campaigns’ tab by choosing the QuantumDigital AutoMail tile.
Choosing this will automatically open up your QuantumDigital account to create a new AutoMail campaign.
Choosing this option will also automatically connect your MoxiWorks and QuantumDigital accounts.
