Only available for mail orders that are Scheduled or Processing. Orders that have been processed or mailed can no longer be canceled.
*Note: Client Follow-up Campaigns and/or months cannot be canceled or deleted.
In the AutoMail application:
- Select the specific campaign from ‘Campaign Management’ on the left-side navigation.
- On the campaign overview page:
- To cancel the whole campaign:
- Select the 'End Campaign' button near the top. This will delete the entire campaign.
- Note: If at least one order has been fulfilled for the campaign, it will cancel all scheduled mailings and the campaign will move to 'completed' status so that you can still see the order details for the month(s) that the campaign was active.
- To cancel a mail month (not applicable for Client Follow-Up):
- Look at the campaign design section near the bottom of the screen while in the campaign overview.
- You will see red ‘trash can’ icons next to the month name of any mailing you are still able to cancel.
- Select the trash can next to the name of a month you wish to cancel and approve the change.
- Note: Once you delete a scheduled or processing mail order from this view, you will NOT be able to add a mailing for that month back into that campaign.
