Only available for mail orders that are not yet 'Complete' or 'Mailed.'
- In the TriggerMarketing dashboard, select ‘Order History’ from the left-side navigation or from the user drop-down menu in the top-right of the application.
- Select the direct mail order you wish to cancel by clicking on the Order Number.
- Below the ‘Order Status’ timeline, click on the ‘Visit QuantumDigital Order History to Cancel...’ text and to find the order in your QuantumDigital account.
Once you find the correct order, If it is eligible to cancel, you will see a cancel order button when viewing the order details.
