To ensure the best print quality and to avoid a delay in processing your order, our file specs require that you upload a PDF that is ready to print.
Convert Files to CMYK
We ask that all PDF files uploaded are in CMYK. This ensures that the color will print properly as our printers use CMYK toner.
Flatten Transparencies
If a PDF contains transparency layers it can cause the desired color to print in the wrong color(s). To print the correct colors on your PDF, especially when using transparencies, flatten the file and convert to CMYK. Non-CMYK, Pantone screens and/or transparencies over Pantone objects do cause problems and may delay the processing of an order or may even cause undesirable printed output.
