# Why is there a delay needed when scheduling my Open House social ad?

Facebook has changed their approval process. They need a 24-hour window within which to review and approve advertisements.

**What this means for you:**

1. Grant ‘Social Concierge’ access to your Facebook business page. Your ads get created and launched within 2 business days (usually _much_ faster).
* _note: Grant access on your first social ad order (of any kind) only._
2. _Look for an email at each step of the way so you know what's happening. If you do not receive our emails, please add **noreply@social.quantumdigital.com** as a trusted contact._
