# What should I do with my AutoMail leads?

Agents that report the most success with these campaigns:

* _Reach out immediately_ via phone, email, or SMS/Texts
* _Focus on building a dialogue_ with the lead about their interests, real estate goals or questions.
* _Add the contact to a mailing list_ to stay in front of them via regular mailings (AutoMail will automatically add leads to your _Lead List_).
* _Invite the contact_ to have coffee to meet them in-person
* Encourage them to subscribe to your email newsletter or to direct them to your Facebook, Twitter, or blog site.

Remember, these pre-designed _campaigns are_ about _building your brand and maintaining relationships_ by:

1. Repeat advertising exposure with multiple rounds of mail, and
2. Showcasing your expertise in their neighborhood or area of interest.
