# How to change company / brokerage info

> If you've switched to a new company or brokerage please contact us in one of the following ways so we can get started transferring your account:

> * by phone at 800-637-7373
> * Livechat (bottom left corner during our business hours: 8a-5p CST, Mon-Friday)
> * In-app, from the top-right corner of your Start Page > select My Profile > select Company Information option from the left menu > select the link for "fill out this form" in the page description.
> * or send an email to [info@quantumdigital.com](mailto:info@quantumdigital.com) with:
> 
> * new company name:
> * office address:
> * front desk phone number:
> * name and login email address that's currently on the account:

> After we receive all the new information these changes will show up on your account within 24 hours.
