# Definition of 'Responses'

**Used to be called a ‘warm lead’, these are prospects who have taken an “Action.”**

These **are people who have visited your property or market snapshot landing page(s).**

This number includes both: leads who have filled out a form but also includes those who did _not_ fill out a form for additional information.
