# Cancel a Social Ad Order

### Only available for social orders that are not yet Active or Complete.

To cancel a Social Ad campaign, _you must call our dedicated support team at_ _**(800) 637-7373.**_

# Why do I have to call?

Since we typically run the ads within 15 minutes of the order placement _(for customers who have already granted access_ on _Facebook)_, calling in will ensure we interrupt any automated processes we have in place for building and placing the advertisement.
