Q: What is AutoMail and AutoMail Plus?

AutoMail & AutoMail Plus allow you to schedule up to 12 months of direct mail campaigns in one easy order process.

 

Q: How is AutoMail Plus different than regular AutoMail?

Scheduling & Targeting

AutoMail and AutoMail Plus both allow you to schedule up to 12 months of postcard mailings. Several postcard design series are available. You can use your own mailing list, create a mailing list using our mailing list data and combine lists into your campaigns 

Free Online Market Report & Custom Landing Page

The design series for AutoMail Plus gives give the recipient of your postcards the ability to receive a free online market report and home value estimate. An AutoMail Plus campaign also creates a unique web page for your mailing campaign that will track responses and deliver leads to you via email. This feature is not available with regular AutoMail.

Lead Tracking

When a recipient of your postcard goes to the free market report website, you receive an email indicating you have a "Warm Lead." When a recipient of your postcard completes the contact form, you receive an email indicating you have a "Hot Lead." This feature is not available with regular AutoMail.

 

Q. When are orders processed, mailed and billed?

When you schedule an AutoMail or AutoMail plus campaign for any given month, that is the month in which the postcard order will arrive in the mail to the mailing list recipients. The actual order will be processed, printed and mailed on or after the 20th of the previous month to ensure the mailing campaign arrives during the following month as scheduled.

AutoMail & AutoMail Plus orders are processed on or after the 20th of each month but no later than the last day of the month prior to the scheduled mailing month. 

Your order will be charged to your credit card and you will receive a confirmation email of each order as it is scanned into the USPS mail stream from our facility.

 

Q. Will I be notified when my order is mailed?

Yes, you will receive an order notification email at the beginning of each month in which you have an AutoMail or AutoMail Plus campaign scheduled. In addition, a confirmation card will be mailed to your return address. 

 

Q: How do I get started?

A: Sign up or log in to your account. Click on your profile page to add a payment method and / or make sure your billing and payment method are up to date. Then click on the AutoMail icon on the Start Page.
