Using the Upload Feature to Print Your Own Designs
It is necessary for full bleed documents to be slightly larger than the final print size. 1/8" is trimmed from the finished copies. We recommend that all important elements inside your document be kept 3/8" away from the physical edge of the page. This guarantees that no element is removed during the cropping process.
For no bleed prints, our machines leave a uniform 1/4" white border along all sides of your document. This means that the documents you upload should be 1/2" smaller in both height and width than the intended paper size. For detailed measurements, see the following chart.
See an example by clicking the media type in the chart below.
When uploading files to create booklets, pages should be individually uploaded as a multiple-page file (not in paginated or “spread” format) for each particular finished booklet size. Booklets must be 8 pages minimum, 72 pages maximum and the number of pages must be divisible by 4. Here is an example of how to count pages. The pages should be uploaded in the order in which they should print as all booklets will be paginated after file is received.
